Delivery of commercial vehicles 1) The subject of the order is the supply of commercial vehicles from the following segment: - Kombivan quantity 24 pieces, - 5 passenger buses, - Van in the amount of 31 pieces. 2) Detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Part II of the SWZ and Part IV of the SWZ. 3) Pursuant to Art. 101 section 4 of the Act, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described in the SWZ by means of standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 101 section 1 point 2 and paragraph 3 of the Act, if they allow to obtain features or parameters not worse than those mentioned. Pursuant to Art. 101 section 5 of the Act, the Contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to those described by the Ordering Party is obliged to prove in the offer that the proposed solutions equally meet the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the contract. 4) The Ordering Party requests that the Contractor indicate in the offer the parts of the order whose performance he intends to entrust to Subcontractors and that the Contractor provide Subcontractors' companies, if they are already known. 5) Name and code of the Common Procurement Vocabulary: code: 34114000-9 - Special vehicles. 6) The Ordering Party does not require the submission of the said evidence with the offer. 7) Place of execution of the subject of the order: Konstancin - Jeziorna - ul.
