1. The BARANGAY COUNCIL OF DOLAOAN, ANDA, PANGASINAN through its Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction Management Fund intends to apply an amount of Eighty Eight Thousand Six Hundred Nine Pesos and 29/100 Only (Php 88, 609.29) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for payment under the contract for the PURCHASE OF COMMERCIAL RICE FOR BARANGAY DOLAOAN ANDA, PANGASINAN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
