Brief description of the procurement: The purpose of the procurement is a CNC bending machine with transport and installation as well as technical support and service. It is a purchase procedure of the beneficiary, in which the procurer is the beneficiary. The purchase procedure will be carried out by the Government of the Republic on 12.05.2022 on the basis of § 11 of Regulation No. 55 "General conditions for granting and using funds of the operational programs of the funds of the cohesion and internal security policy of the European Union for the period 2021-2027". This means that the provisions of the Public Procurement Act do not apply to this procurement the requirements for conducting the procurement procedure and the activities and decisions of the procuring entity cannot be challenged in the public procurement appeals committee or in the administrative court. Conditional bidding is not allowed. This means, among other things, that the offer is not allowed add the provider's own conditions regarding the sales contract (including warranty) and delivery conditions, etc.
