The subject of the order is the purchase by the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture based in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the "Ordering Party") of office cleaning services for the years 2027-2029 - located in buildings in Warsaw at ul. Poleczki 33 and ul. Poleczki 35, which consists of: 1.1. cleaning of office rooms and rooms for other purposes (communication routes, entrances, sanitary rooms, kitchens - hereinafter referred to as: "rooms") with a total area not exceeding 18, 112.8 m2 located in buildings in Warsaw at ul. Poleczki 33 - Vienna Office building with a total area of ​​office premises not exceeding 14, 327.39 m2 and ul. Poleczki 35 - building Amsterdam Office with a total area of ​​office rooms not exceeding 1, 913.30 m2 and rooms for other purposes (archives, warehouses, technical rooms, etc.) with a total area of ​​not more than 1, 872.11 m2. 1.2.service no more than 20 conference rooms (hereinafter referred to as "rooms") located in buildings in Warsaw at ul.
