Availability of a signed supply contract. Delay of payment for 10 calendar days. The supplier must supply the Goods, the quality of which meets the conditions established by the current legislation of Ukraine for this category of Goods. The technical and quality characteristics of the Product must comply with regulations (state standards / (conditions) / technical regulations / norms), the requirements of the current sanitary legislation of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "On Basic Principles and Requirements for the Safety and Quality of Food Products" dated 12.23.1997 No. 771/97-ВР, etc. The marking of goods must comply with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Information for Consumers on Food Products". Each batch of goods must be separate packaged in accordance with the Customer's application and have accompanying documents confirming the quality of the product (a copy of the quality certificate or the manufacturer's declaration) indicating the expiration date, storage conditions and temperature regime.
