Purchase of chemicals for the PHM laboratory according to the list given in the Price list file. For the two chemicals, a safety data sheet in the Czech language will be drawn up in color (if it is available in this form) according to the directives of the European Parliament and the Council (EC) no later than the date of delivery of the chemical. 1907/2006 (REACH) as amended, . 1272/2008 (CLP) and the subsequent regulation, a declaration of integrity, if applicable, to the email address [email protected], if applicable in a copy.
