Purchase of chemical preparations for the repair of automobiles and equipment - required parameters listed in sheet .2 - specifications - to be filled in marked fields and sent back as part of the supplier's offer. Gave information viz. area General information for contractors. Final offer price with VAT must be stated including the applicable VAT rate in R. All communication (inquiries) between the contracting authority and the supplier will be conducted exclusively on the NEN electronic portal.
