Description : The Barangay Government of Brgy. 07 Poblacion, Quinapondan, Eastern Samar, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Ninety Six Thousand Pesos (Php 196, 000.00), from the Capital Outlay of the Approved Annual Budget C.Y. 2026, being the Approved Budget for the contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for Purchase of Chariot at Brgy. 07 Poblacion, Quinapodan, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
