1. The MUNICIPALITY OF SAN NICOLAS through General Fund - Office of the Mayor (MOOE - Other Supplies Expenses) intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Thirty Five Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (Php 635, 400.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase of Chairs & Tables to be used in the Municipality of San Nicolas, Batangas/ 2026-G014. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The MUNICIPALITY OF SAN NICOLAS now invites bids for the Purchase of Chairs & Tables to be used in the Municipality of San Nicolas, Batangas. Delivery of the Goods is required within 45 days. Bidders should have completed, within five years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
