Tender Details

Purchase of Central Printing System services 1. The subject of the order is the purchase of the services of the Central Printing System, on the basis of which a service will be provided enabling the Ordering Party to make black and white and color copies/prints of documents and scanning on the Contractor's multifunctional and printing devices installed at the Ordering Party's offices in Warsaw, Katowice and Wrocław, in places indicated by the Ordering Party, in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Order. 2. Description of the Item Orders (OPZ) is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. After concluding the contract, it will constitute an annex to the contract (the draft provisions of the public procurement contract are Annex No. 2 to the SWZ). With the Contractor whose offer will be accepted the most favorable one, an agreement will be concluded on the terms specified in the PPU. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of introducing changes to the concluded contract, pursuant to Art. 455 of the Act, in the manner and under the conditions described in detail in the PPU. 3. The Ordering Party does not provide for this possibility of awarding the contract referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7 and 8 of the Act. 4. The Ordering Party does not envisage the Contractor carrying out an on-site visit and checking the documents necessary for the execution of the order referred to in Art. 131 section 2 of the Act. 5.
