Purchase of a central backup system 1.The subject of the order is: 1) The subject of the contract is, within the scope of the basic order: a) providing the Ordering Party with the Software described in Annex No. 1a to the SWZ, in the number and under the conditions specified in the above-mentioned. annex No. 1a to the SWZ, along with the Contractor granting or ensuring that the Ordering Party is granted an appropriate license enabling the use of the Software under the terms and conditions set out in the License Terms; b)delivery and transfer of ownership to the Ordering Party of the Devices specified in Annex No. 1b to the SWZ (matrices for the backup system in the number and under the conditions specified in the above-mentioned Annex No. 1b to the SWZ) and the Contractor granting or ensuring a warranty and providing service within it warranty. 2) The subject of the contract is, under option law: a) Purchase of Backup & Recovery for Virtual Machines, per VM (10-Pack) CV-BKRC-VM10 or equivalent - item 5 of the table in point 1.3 of Annex 1a to the SWZ. The ordering party may submit a declaration of use from the option right in this respect within 2 months from the date of conclusion of the Agreement; b) Purchase of Commvault Cloud Backup & Recovery Software, per Front-End Terabyte CV-BKRC-FT or equivalent - item 6 of the table in point 1.3 of Annex No. 1a to the SWZ. The ordering party may submit a statement on exercising the option right in this respect within 2 months from the date of conclusion of the Agreement; c)Purchase of Commvault Cloud Backup & Recovery Software for Mail and Cloud Applications, Per User CV-BKRC-MB or equivalent...
