Description : 2. The Barangay Langtad, City of Naga, Cebu through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) hereby invites all interested PhilGEPS registered contractors, and bidders to submit proposals and bids for the project. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to this Project, equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC. 3. Bidding will be conducted through an open competitive bidding procedure using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Act.”
