The Barangay Local Government Unit (BLGU) of BRGY. LEGASPI MARABUT, SAMAR, through the BLGU 20%- INFRA intends to apply the sum of NINETY EIGHT THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (PHP 98, 900.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for BLGU-LEGASPI-MS-G-2024-04-01 PURCHASE OF CCTV CAMERAS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
