Invitation to Bid for PURCHASE OF CCTV
1) The Barangay Local Government of San Nicolas, San Jose de Buan, Samar, through the 20% BLGU-DF2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Three Thousand Five Hundred Two Pesos and 74/100 centavos (Php 103, 502.74) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for INSTALLATION OF CCTV. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The BLGU SAN NICOLAS, San Jose de Buan, Samar now invites bids for supply and installation of 5 units CCTV in the strategic area of the barangay premises. Completion of the Works is required 11 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
