Brief description of the procurement: This public procurement is carried out as a temporary solution for the period of the contested procurement procedure (public procurement no. 305127) with the aim of ensuring the uninterrupted provision of the service until the litigation related to the procurement procedure is resolved, the procurement procedure until its completion and the entry into force of the decision to recognize it as successful. Purchase of catering services for schools in Tartu. The procurer provides the schools' kitchens and dining halls for free use, the user of the premises (caterer) pays the utility costs. There are in the contract projects the obligations of the user of the premises are specified in more detail. The user of the premises (caterer) undertakes to provide food for school students in accordance with the conditions set forth in the relevant part of the agreement and in Appendix 1 "Technical description". School lunch has been established by the supplier costs, providers do not offer a price. The evaluation is based on the presented school lunch menus.
