1) The Municipality of Bontoc, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), hereby informs interested suppliers that the above- mentioned procurement has failed twice and will now be undertaken through Negotiated Procurement- Two Failed Biddings, pursuant to Republic Act No. 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
2) The Municipality of Bontoc invites interested and qualified suppliers to submit their quotation for the Procurement of Catering Services for Various Offices Programs & Activities, with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php750, 000.00) only.
