Purchase of cars up to 3.5 tons DNS a) The subject of the contract is the establishment of a DNS for the awarding of contracts for the supply of cars up to 3.5 tons, which are normally available on the market, and which are classified according to the common procurement vocabulary (hereinafter "CPV") within the scope of the group 341, 323, 349, 424. For some types of vehicles, delivery and installation of special additional equipment may also be required vehicles such as: - preparation for the installation of the radio station, - designation of the vehicle belonging to the Slovak Police, Fire and Rescue Service Corps, Mountain Rescue Service, - light and sound warning device intended for the Slovak Police, Fire and Rescue Service, Mountain Rescue Service, - additional light warning devices, - set of special sound and light warning devices for hidden assembly for the Slovak Police b) The exact specification of the subject of the contract will be specified in the relevant Call for Tenders within the framework of the award of a specific contract. c) The following related services are required to be provided with the goods: - delivery of goods to places of delivery, - unloading the goods at the place of delivery, - possibly other related services such as installation of additional equipment. d) The public contracting authority reserves the right to accept only new, unused, undamaged, functional, without obvious defects, delivered in complete condition and in the required quantity. e) Performances based on this DNS will be transferred/realized on the territory of the Slovak Republic.
