Package 1 - Cardiomonitor 1 pc.1. The subject of the order is the purchase of a Cardiomonitor in the quantity of 1 piece.2. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers. 3. Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) is included in Annex No. 4 to SWZ.4. The Ordering Party does not allow submission variant offers and in the form of electronic catalogues.5. The Ordering Party does not envisage awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 8 Pzp.6. All requirements specified in Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ Description of the subject of the order constitute the minimum requirements, a fulfilling them is obligatory. Failure to meet the above minimum requirements will result in rejection of the offer as inconsistent with the terms of the contract pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 5 of the Pzp.7 Act. The description of the subject of the order should be read together with any other changes in the content of the specifications, e.g. as a result of responses to Contractors' inquiries. However, it is not necessary to modify the SWZ and/or its annexes by the Ordering Party, as they should be read together with any changes.8.
