1. The subject of the order is: Purchase of a vehicle for transporting goods from the brigades' box (Brygadierka equipped with a skipper) as part of the task titled: creating and maintaining, within the commune, civil protection resources and infrastructure necessary to implement civil protection and civil defense tasks. Task co-financed from the state budget under the CIVIL PROTECTION AND CIVIL DEFENSE PROGRAM FOR 2025/2026 under area 2 Logistics security and ensuring continuity of supplies.2. The scope of the subject of the order includes the purchase and delivery of a vehicle for transporting goods. Detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 1A Detailed description of the subject of the order. The Contractor will complete Annex 1A regarding the offered car parameters. The Contractor will also be obliged to: - prepare for the acceptance of the subject of the contract, which will take place at the Ordering Party's headquarters. The Contractor will notify the Ordering Party at least 4 days before the planned collection, providing the day and time of collection, - providing the Ordering Party with, among others, detailed operating instructions in Polish and a warranty book. - providing a warranty for the car for a minimum period of 24 months.All...
