1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of a new passenger car, type Bus - 8-seater.2. The delivered subject matter of the contract must be new, fully functional and ready for use in accordance with its intended purpose, and must comply with applicable quality standards and technical, cannot be encumbered with any rights of third parties and must be consistent with the Contractor's offer.3.
