Purchase of a bus to transport students to primary schools by the Domaniewice Commune The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new school bus for the transport of students to primary schools by the Domaniewice Commune, year of manufacture not older than than 2026. 1. The following regulations apply to bus equipment: the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law and the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 31, 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment. 1.1. Devices and components installed in the vehicle should meet the requirements of separate national and/or international regulations. 1.2.
