Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new bus for transporting people with disabilities. 2. The order includes the delivery of a brand new bus for transporting people with disabilities with the minimum technical parameters: 2.1. Basic requirement: 1) Vehicle constituting the subject of the order must meet the conditions specified in Art. 58, 66 and 68 of the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law. The offered vehicle must have a certificate of approval as a bus adapted to transport disabled people (including people in wheelchairs), in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister Infrastructure of December 31, 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 502, as amended) and the conditions provided for by the provisions of Community law of the European Union recorded in Directive 2007/46/EC of the Parliament and of the Council of Europe regarding the transport of disabled persons.2) Year of production 2026, brand new, free from legal, construction, material and workmanship defects.2.2.
