Purchase of bus fleet (low-floor, zero-emission buses) The subject of the order under the name: Purchase of bus fleet (low-floor, zero-emission buses) is: - delivery of two electric buses intended for transport public, - delivery and installation of a two-station charger on the premises of MZK Sp. z o. o. in Bolesławiec. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in the documentation used to describe the subject of the order (documentation), constituting ANNEX A containing: -Appendix A1 - Technical specification of the subject of the order, - Annex A2 - Detailed description of the subject of the order - Technical specification of buses and chargers, specifying the conditions, requirements, technical parameters and equipment vehicle. - Annex A3 - Warranty and service requirements. The Ordering Party will reject an offer in which the share of products (parts and components) in each of the buses delivered comes from European Union Member States, countries with which the Union European Union has concluded agreements on equal treatment of entrepreneurs or countries to which the provisions of Directive 2014/25/EU apply under a Council decision does not exceed 50%. The Ordering Party will reject an offer in which the share of products (parts and components) in each of supplied buses originating from countries that are parties to the World Trade Organization (WTO) GPA on Government Procurement and that have concluded free trade agreements with the European Union...
