Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the purchase of a bus, brand new and unused (not showing any signs of use), accident-free, adapted to transport disabled people, including two disabled people in wheelchairs.2. The order was co-financed is financed by the State Fund for the Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons as part of the Program for equalizing differences between regions III in area D.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the Technical Specification constituting an Appendix to this ToR. The technical specification contains the minimum requirements that the offered subject of the order must meet.4. The trademarks, patents or origin indicated in the description of the subject of the order are of an auxiliary nature in determining the parameters of the subject of the order. The Ordering Party allows the use of equivalent solutions with technical and operational parameters not worse than those specified in the description of the subject of the order.5. Place of delivery and handover of the subject of the order: Tuchola, ul. Kociuszki 16/06. The bus must have one a current approval certificate issued on the basis of the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of August 2, 2023....
