The basic education of the city of Sastamala is requesting an offer for the extension of Mouhijaervi co-educational school to be completed in November 2024. Mouhijaervi co-ed school is a workplace for about 320 students and about 50 adults. The unified school has students from pre-school to 9th graders. Spaces are coming to the expansion partfor all ages. The share to be furnished is a total of approx. 3200 m2.

The goal for the furniture to be acquired is that the learning environments form a pedagogically versatile and flexible entity that can be easily and quickly converted to different uses. Information and communication technology is an essential part of the opdark environment. All spaces must take into account spaces for functionality, creative work, movement and experiences, as well as the possibility to form working groups of different sizes. The furniture forms a whole, taking into account the other equipment of the premises, which are compatible in terms of colors and materialsdoors. The furniture solutions must take into account ergonomics, accessibility, aesthetics, acoustics, maintainability and adaptability, as well as the order and cleanliness of the spaces.
