ITB NO. 2026- 00001: PURCHASE OF BUDGET EXECUTION AUTOMATION SYSTEM

1. The Municipality of Guipos, through the Budget Approved by Sanguniang Bayan of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Php 225, 000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for ITB NO. 2026- 00001: PURCHASE OF BUDGET EXECUTION AUTOMATION SYSTEM at Poblacion, Guipos, Zamboanga del Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.



2. The Municipality of Guipos now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Thirty (30) Calendar Days from February 19, 2026- March 19, 2026. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
