Description : 1) The LGU-Mariveles, through the Budget of the Contract Approved by the Sanggunian of 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million, Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand, Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Pesos and 75/100 (Php1, 999, 999.75) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of Broadcasting Equipment to be Used in Secondary Schools of DepEd Mariveles. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The LGU-Mariveles now invites bids for Purchase of Broadcasting Equipment to be Used in Secondary Schools of DepEd Mariveles using the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB). Delivery of the Goods is required within 15 days after the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
