Purchase of Brand New Wheel Type Backhoe
1. The Local Government Unit of Alburquerque, through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Million Pesos (P 4, 000, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase of Brand New Wheel Type Backhoe. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Alburquerque now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 90 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Ninety Calendar Days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
