1. The subject of the order is: as part of the investment task entitled: Purchase of equipment and accessories.2. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of a brand new tow truck.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Appendix No. 5.4. The Ordering Party informs that the purchased low-loader trailer will be collected carried out independently by the Ordering Party, from the place indicated by the Contractor.
