Description : 1. In view of the two failed Public Biddings, the Northwestern Mindanao State College of Science & Technology (NMSCST), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) for Goods and Services, invites interested bidders to participate in the negotiation for the project Purchase of Books, E-Books and Other Library Materials (Lot 2: Printed Journals) with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Two Hundred Sixteen Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (₱216, 400.00) in accordance with section 53.1 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulation of Republic Act 9184. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. Delivery of the Goods is required by Five Hundred Forty-Five (545) Calendar Days after receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have all their ongoing government and private contracts, including contracts awarded but not yet started, if any, whether similar or not similar in nature and complexity to the contract to be bid; and single largest completed contract similar to the contract to be bid, within the last three (3) years...
