In view of the two failed Public Biddings, the Northwestern Mindanao State College of Science & Technology (NMSCST), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) for Goods and Services, invites interested bidders to participate in the negotiation for the project Purchase of Books, E-Books and Other Library Materials (Lot 1: Books) with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of One Million Twenty-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Fifty-Five Pesos and Twenty Centavos (₱1, 029, 555.20) in accordance with section 53.1 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulation of Republic Act 9184. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. Delivery of the Goods is required by Ninety (90) Calendar Days after receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP).
