By joining the procedure, the bidder accepts the following conditions: 1. The unit price includes costs transport.2.The offer is valid for a minimum of 14 days from the end of the procedure.3.Required delivery to: PKP LHS sp. z o.o. Warehouse of Materials and Spare Parts, 22-400 Zamość, Wysokie 3, in the quantities specified in the description of the subject of the proceedings. 4. Supplies only between 7.30 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. 5. Required payment deadline is 30 days from receipt of the invoice and goods. 6. An order template specifying detailed conditions is available in the attachments tab. 7. The Ordering Party reserves the right to introduce changes or cancellation of the proceedings.8.Submission of an offer constitutes acceptance of the conditions specified for this procedure.9.The Ordering Party requires the bidders to submit a declaration according to the template constituting Annex No. 2, failure to submit the declaration may result in rejection offers. 10. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of offering goods whose sale could violate or circumvent the sanctions regulations introduced in connection with Russia's actions destabilizing the situation in Ukraine.
