Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of hospital beds with bedside cabinets for the Department of General Surgery at the Hospital. w. Wincentego de Paul in Gdynia with parameters in accordance with Annex No. 2 to SWZ: 1.2 Delivery, installation, commissioning and handover to the Ordering Partyin a condition ready for use of the medical equipment listed in point 1.1, hereinafter referred to as the equipment.1.3 Training of the Ordering Party's staff in the scope of operation, operation and maintenance necessary for the proper functioning of the equipment in accordance with the requirements described in no. SWZ.1.4 Performingobligations during the warranty period for removing faults, repairs, replacement of parts along with mandatory technical inspections at the frequency recommended by the manufacturer.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order, assortment and quantities is provided in Appendix No. 2.
