Purchase of balancers with SSL decryption function The Border Guard operating under the Border Guard Act uses in its daily service ICT systems necessary in the process of border traffic control, state border protection and, in part, external border of the European Union. For this purpose, it uses an IT network built entirely on the hardware platform of Cisco Systems, Palo Alto, F5. The subject of the order is the delivery, installation and commissioning of load devices balancer (with SSL decryption function). The Ordering Party may invalidate the procedure in question if the public funds that the Ordering Party intended to use to finance all or part of the order are not granted to it, and the possibility of invalidation procedure on this basis was provided for in the contract notice (Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law). The Ordering Party does not allow partial submission of offers.
