Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new backhoe loader with an engine power of at least 80 kW and a capacity of min. 3.5l with 4-wheel drive. The delivered equipment is to be brand new (produced in 2026), technically efficient, approved for road traffic in the territory of the Republic of Poland. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ Description of the subject of the order and in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ Draft contract.3. The purchase of the backhoe loader is carried out as part of the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for 2025-2026 in the area of ​​Logistics security and ensuring continuity of supplies - the task is financed from the budget of the Maopolska Voivode.
