Tender Details

The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery to the Ordering Party's headquarters of an excavator loader in accordance with the description contained in the Description of the Subject of the Order constituting Appendix No. 12 to the SWZ. The equipment must be complete, free from physical (including construction, material, workmanship and technical) and legal defects, meeting the following requirements, however, the Ordering Party allows the submission of an offer with equipment better than the minimum requirements. The subject of the order should be equipped with all systems required by law and standard factory equipment also not listed in the SWZ by the Ordering Party. The above parameters is the minimum that the offered subject of the order must meet. If the offered subject of the order has parameters lower than those set as minimum, the Contractor's offer will be rejected as not meeting the requirements of the SWZ. The equipment must meet the requirements applicable in Poland resulting from the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law and the implementing regulations to this Act, including: a) the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 31, 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipped...
