1. The subject of the order is the purchase of a backhoe loader for the Starcza Commune in the quantities and range indicated in the Description of required technical parameters constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. The vehicles constituting the subject of the delivery will be delivered to the registered office of the Ordering Party - Starcza Commune, ul. Gminna 4, 42-261 Starcza.2. The Ordering Party's requirements regarding the subject of the order are presented in Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference and in the contract template constituting Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annex No. 6 to SWZ.4. The execution of this order depends on: granting the Ordering Party financial resources from the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program. If these remedies are not granted, withdrawn or limited, the Ordering Party reserves the right to withdraw from the contract. Withdrawal does not give rise to any rights on the part of the Contractor claims.
