Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of one brand new backhoe loader, manufactured no earlier than 2026, meeting all minimum requirements described in Appendix No. 4 to SWZ.2. The contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the order at his own expense to the District Base Zarzdu Road in Jale ul. Przemysowa, during the Ordering Party's working hours, between 08:00 and 14:00, on working days from Monday to Friday. The ordering party will collect the vehicle on the day of delivery. 3. As part of the order, the Contractor will conduct training in the operation and use of the delivered backhoe loader for designated employees of the Ordering Party. The training will be carried out on the day of vehicle delivery. 4. Pursuant to Art. 16b section 2 of the Act of September 11, 2019 Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party does not allow offers covering the supply of a backhoe loader from a third country that is not a party to international agreements guaranteeing access to the public procurement market on the basis of reciprocity and equality, to which the European Union is a party.5.
