The subject of the order includes purchase and delivery to the premises of PSZOK at ul. Koobrzeska 4A, 78-230 Karlino, backhoe loaders for carrying out tasks in the field of civil protection and civil defense, including accessories and warranty service.1.1 Year production in 2025 or 2026 1.2 The backhoe loader should meet the requirements for driving on public roads, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Road Traffic Law and the implementing acts issued on its basis, including the certificates held for the sign CE or equivalent.1.3 A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ.1.4 Other important provisions, i.e. terms of order execution, warranty and payment terms are included in the template of the Agreement constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ
