Tender Details

1. The subject of the order includes the purchase of a backhoe loader with additional equipment as part of the tasks assigned to the Civil Protection and Civil Defense program (OLiOC Program) and its delivery to the headquarters of the District Road Authority at ul. Cisowa 21 in Manowo.2. The subject of the order also includes the first one starting the backhoe loader, and conducting instructions on how to use the backhoe loader.3. The backhoe loader and additional equipment must be brand new and manufactured from brand new elements, unused, complete, free from physical and legal defects and must meet the requirements specified in by the Ordering Party in the Specification of Order Conditions and annexes to the Specification of Order Conditions. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 2 to the Terms of Reference and specifies the minimum requirements Ordering Party.
