Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of a wheeled backhoe loader for the Stawiski Commune, ul. Plac Wolnoci 13/15, 18-520 Stawiski.2. A detailed description of the required equipment and accessories can be found in Appendix No. 10 to SWZ.3. Minimum warranty period for equipment, is 24 months or 2000 mth, whichever comes first.4. The Contractor must have at least one authorized service point providing parts deliveries and post-warranty service, located up to 120 km from the Ordering Party's headquarters, i.e. the Office Municipal in Stawiski, Plac Wolnoci 13/15, 18-520 Stawiski. 5. Conditions regarding the execution of the order: a) brand new backhoe loader, year of production not older than 2026, b) the vehicle should meet the requirements of Polish road traffic regulations in accordance with the Act Road Traffic Law, c) The Contractor's offer price includes all costs necessary to complete the delivery, d) The supplier has trained at least two of the Ordering Party's operators in the construction and operation of the backhoe loader, e) The Contractor will provide delivery and unloading the device and maintaining order during unloading, f) the Contractor will notify the Ordering Party of the date...
