1. The subject of the order is the purchase of a backhoe loader under the subsidy from the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for 2025-2026. A detailed description of the subject of the order (SOPZ) is specified in Chapter II and constitutes an annex to the Specification of Order Terms. (hereinafter referred to as SWZ).2.
