PURCHASE OF BACKHOE LOADER
The Local Government Unit of Barangay Labangal, General Santos City, through the Barangay Fund, intends to apply the sum Five Million Eight Hundred Fifty Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty Six pesos and 80/100 only(P 5, 858, 736.80) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase of Backhoe Loader.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The Local Government Unit of Barangay Labangal, General Santos City now invites Bids from eligible Bidders for the Purchase of Backhoe Loader. Delivery of the GOODS is required by 60 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP). The description of an eligible Bidder is contained in Section II of the Bidding Documents, ITB.
