1. The subject of the order is: Purchase and delivery of a brand new (year of production 2025) backhoe loader for the Ludwin Commune. 2. Requirements for the subject of the order: 1) The backhoe loader must come from series production, it is not allowed to offer a vehicle from unit production and one whose parameters have been changed in order to meet the requirements of these proceedings, 2) The machine must be after zero inspection.3) The main drive elements of the machine, i.e. engine, gearbox, drive axles manufactured by one manufacturer, 4) The warranty period for the backhoe loader is minimum 24 months or 2000 mth, maximum 36 months or 3000 mth, whichever comes first, counting from the date of receipt of the subject of the order without any reservations.5) The delivered backhoe loader must have: - an instruction manual in Polish - a warranty book, - a declaration of conformity with the CE mark or equivalent, - a ganic, a first aid kit, a triangle warning, lubricator, a basic set of tools.6) The contractor must have appropriate facilities in the form of an authorized stationary service and a mobile service providing warranty and post-warranty service with a response time of no more than 48 hours from dn...
