Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new backhoe loader, the minimum parameters of which are specified in Annex 1A to this specification. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1a to the SWZ. 3. The contractor is responsible for any deficiencies and defects of the item orders. 4. The Ordering Party requires that the price offered by the Contractor consists of delivery and training of designated employees on the date and hours agreed with the Ordering Party.5. The Contractor undertakes to deliver the subject of the order at his own expense and risk to the place indicated by the Ordering Party (area Mstw commune).6. The offered equipment should be equipped with signaling and lighting devices enabling movement on public roads and complying with legal regulations.7. On the day of final acceptance of the wheeled excavator, the Ordering Party requires the Contractor to provide the following documents: warranty card, manual operation of the vehicle and accessories in Polish and a catalog of spare parts.8. The Ordering Party informs that the presented parameters of the subject of the order constitute the technical and qualitative minimum expected by the Ordering Party.9.
