Tender Details

The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery, together with the transport, of a backhoe loader as part of the subsidy provided by the Voivode to finance the own tasks of the local government unit - Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for 2025-2026. The subject of the order and its detailed requirements are described in the Description of the Subject of the Order constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - contains the minimum requirements that must be met by the Contractor in order to submit evidence, and the offered deliveries are met by the contractor. The delivered equipment is to be brand new (year of production 2026). It is required that the quality and warranty period is min. 24 months from the date of acceptance with an appropriate acceptance protocol prepared by the Contractor and the Ordering Party. The contractor may declare a longer warranty and warranty period in his offer. The extension of the warranty and warranty period is the criterion for evaluating the offers. The vehicle should be delivered and unloaded at your own expense and Contractor's risk to the following location: Gminny Zakład Komunalny, 32-740 apanow, Kobylec 64.
