Purchase of an automation system and certificate environment management 1. Name of the order: Purchase of an automation and certificate environment management system. 2. The subject of the order is*: 2.1. Execution of the Technical Design by the Contractor together with transfer of copyrights to the Technical Design and derivative rights, 2.2. Delivery to the System Ordering Party's Location and delivery of detailed license and subscription terms for the Software (specified by the Software manufacturer) confirming the purchase of licenses and subscriptions to the Software and their granting by the Software manufacturer, 2.3. Performing installation and implementation services in accordance with the Technical Design approved by the Ordering Party, 2.4. Preparation of Documentation As-built together with the transfer of proprietary rights to the As-Built Documentation and dependent rights, 2.5. Conducting training workshops for up to 10 System administrators, including the transfer of proprietary rights and rights dependent on works in the field of training materials, 2.6.
