Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the purchase (delivery) of asphalt emulsion with successive refueling at the Contractor's premises for a period of 6 months in the amount of 90 tons. The asphalt emulsion constituting the subject of the order must meet the following requirements and have the following parameters:1) cationic asphalt emulsion, quick-disintegrating, unmodified, with an asphalt content of 65%, made of road asphalt, meeting the technical conditions resulting from the technical standard PN-EN 13808-10P - European standard number EN 13808:2013, product code C65B3 PU/RC .2) asphalt emulsionmust have appropriate documents confirming the material and quality requirements specified by the Ordering Party, which the Contractor will provide with each refueling.3) the filling of the asphalt emulsion tank should take place within max. 30 km from the registered office of the Ordering Party, i.e. 42-217 Czstochowa, ul. Sobiesskiego 9 (building of the District Office in Czstochowa). 1.1. Deliveries will be made on the basis of ad hoc, cashless refueling to the renovator's tank in a continuous manner. For each purchase, the Contractor will receive the amount due based on the invoice issued on the day of purchase. 1.2. Delivery.. .
