Purchase of an application for comprehensive information security management 4.1. The subject of the order is the purchase of a software license for comprehensive information security management with a training module and implementation. License period: 12 months from signing the acceptance protocol. Number of licenses: for all employees of the Łuków City Hall 4.2. Basic system functions: The supplied System is intended to support the processes of managing personal data protection in the Office, dedicated to Administrators and Inspectors Data Protection and IT System Administrators, in accordance with the GDPR and the Personal Data Protection Act. 1.The system should consist of modules responsible for implementing the following functionalities: a)Resource management organization, b) Storing documentation related to the protection of personal data, c) Records of employees and resources assigned to them, d) Reporting, registration and records of events and incidents, e) Keeping records, f) Conducting risk analysis organization, g)Conducting audits, h) Generating reports, i)E-Learning platform 2.
