The subject of the order is the supply of assortment - a detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ / Annex No. 1 to the contract - assortment and price form/opz according to the principles specified in the contract template constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. As part of the subject of the order, the contractor undertakes (among others) to: 1) Delivery, installation and commissioning of the equipment at your own expense and with your own efforts 2) Providing the Ordering Party with detailed information in Polish operating instructions and equipment maintenance rules, warranty cards, 3) Training of the Ordering Party's staff in the field of service and operation at the Ordering Party's headquarters, in the number indicated by the Ordering Party after agreeing the date with the Ordering Party, before signing the final acceptance protocol. 4) Performance during the warranty period: warranty service and periodic inspections (in accordance with the equipment manufacturer's guidelines in this respect), without charging separate fees for this purpose. 5) Provisions in the non-maleficence agreement significant damage to the environment. 6) Other requirements described in detail in the annexes to the SWZ. The Ordering Party allows the submission of equivalent offers A contractor who refers to equivalent solutions is obliged to demonstrate that the solution he offers is equivalent meets the requirements specified by the Ordering Party.
